  • How often is the water delivered?

    Depending on your need.

  • What are the delivery areas?

    We serve the entire island except Sierra and places with difficult access. Deliveries to Palma are made from Monday to Friday, for the rest of towns, you can contact the office and they will inform you of the usual routes

  • I live in a flat without elevator

    We went up to a third without an elevator. Exceptions in case of reduced mobility. Contact our offices and they will inform you

  • no water comes out

    One of the main reasons for this failure is a very low water temperature, so it may have frozen and make it difficult to get out. On the back of the fountain there is a temperature wheel, check that it is not at the minimum.

  • The red faucet is broken

    This faucet has a safety system to prevent burns. Press your index finger and thumb into the faucet and then use it normally

  • The source does not heat

    Make sure that it is connected to the current and on the back or side (depending on the source model) see if the red hot water button is on.

  • What is a sanitization?

    Sanitization and disinfection is carried out in our facilities by a trained professional.

  • Can I clean the fountain?

    You can periodically clean the outside of the fountain with a common multipurpose but in no case the areas that are in contact with the water.
